REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Naked Nova pieces! If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

 

Returns
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at nakednova@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

 

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

 

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

 

Please Note
As some of our fabrics are handmade using traditional batik printing techniques, slight variations in colour and print may occur. These unique characteristics are part of what makes each piece special and are not considered defects.
