Naked Nova sells home décor products, including cushions, posters and accessories. By placing an order through our webshop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We do our best to display our products accurately. As our fabrics are handmade using traditional batik techniques, slight variations in colour and pattern may occur. These unique characteristics do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Orders, Shipping & Refund

Orders
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in euros (€), with applicable taxes and shipping costs shown before checkout is completed.

Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Refund
Consumers generally have 14 days after receiving their order to withdraw from a purchase, subject to legal exceptions. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for details. Statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrect products remain unaffected.
